COACHEDSuccess PODCAST
Success and fulfillment mean something different to each of us. However, there are certain universal principles that make achieving our vision and living our dream life possible. This podcast has been born out of my mission to share these principles.
Each week I interview a thought leader, a visionary, or a high performer to gain insight into the thinking and mindset that has allowed them to push through adversity, overcome challenges, and live into their dream life.
Enjoy Listening!

Success and fulfillment means something different to each of us, however there are certain universal principles that makes achieving our vision and living our dream life possible. This podcast has been born out of my mission to share these principles.
Each week I interview a thought leader, a visionary or high performer to gain insight into the thinking and mindset that has allowed them to push through adversity, to overcome challenges and to live into their dreamlife.
Today I speak to Roxana Popet, a Transformational Speaker and NLP trainer from Romania.
During this episode, Roxana reflects on a dark period in her life, when she struggled with her mental health.
At 26 years old, Roxana found herself miserable, working an unfulfilling job while also facing health problems. She was conflicted, not knowing what to do next. This led her to start having some dark and scary thoughts. Though she knew suicide was not an option, the fact that she had been having thoughts about harming herself was reason for concern.
During this episode, Roxana gives us some tips and tools that she had used to get through her dark season and better understand fear and anxiety. She also shared some great techniques for enhanced mental health hygiene.
Furthermore, she shares some tools that we can all use to embody greater confidence in fear provoking situations.
This was a really fun and insightful chat, and I am sure many of you will learn the importance of self-compassion, speaking to someone when you are facing your own dark seasons, and taking your power back.
Stay tuned, this is an episode not to be missed.
